LOCATION: Mumbai (Night Shift)
This role may require you to work in rotational shifts
YOUR EMPLOYER:
One of the leading consulting firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• One would be responsible to take care of workday experience, any applicant tracking systems.
• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• One should have international experience into the US and UK markets but they need to have US experience.
• One Should have at least managed 100 FTE.
• On would be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of
responsibility
• One will need to have an innovative and transformation mindset to identify improvement
opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value.
• You should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to
critical assignments.
• The decisions you may make can have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the
potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience of at least 16+ years in EDM + HR Operations.
• Hands-on with operational experience is important.
• Should have at least managed 100 FTE.
• One should hold good exposure to stakeholder management.
