Tried to book a car for a week. I read the website and it clearly says all of the pricing includes taxes and insurance. Since I come to DR a lot I know how you must get everything in writing up front because it can quickly change once you arrive there and you have no choices. I asked for the final price and I assume the owner Ludwig quoted me a higher price with taxes added onto the quoted price. When I questioned it and pointed out his website he said that he would only include taxes if I paid cash but using credit card I had to pay more taxes on top. I once again pointed out his website which says pay with credit card and does not say anything about cash prices says only the rental price includes taxes and insurance. He just stopped answering me so I canceled the reservation. Buyer beware, if this company is being shady on a simple thing like taxes this early on imagine what they will try to do you about the rental like maybe charge you for damage that you didn't do!
